TAX & UTILITIES

PROPERTY TAXES

Assessment and property taxes for 2025 were mailed out early September.  The deadline to pay taxes is December 31, 2025 in order to avoid a monthly late fee penalty of 1.5% starting January 2026.

WATER & SEWER/SEPTIC SERVICES
Billed quarterly and invoiced by mail or email:

Quarter 1:  Jan - March

Quarter 2:  April - June

Quarter 3: July - September

Quarter 4:  October to December 

RECYCLING SERVICE
Billed quarterly and is included in the Water and Sewer/Septic invoice.

GARBAGE COLLECTION
Every Thursday starting at 9 A.M.
Garbage must be properly bagged and, on the curb, or it will not be collected. 

Please note that the following items are not accepted: 

- Furniture, appliances, electronics, building and reno materials, bulk items, oil, fuel, paint, chemicals, and batteries.

YARD WASTE 

Yard waste including plant material, grass clippings, leaves, weeds, and branches can be placed in the designated pile next to Pepper’s Park (ball diamond).

SNOW REMOVAL
As needed in the winter months.
